Rates are based on four (4) adults. Additional renters must be approved by owner.

Reserving will require a non-refundable deposit. $100.00 per week. Damage deposit $200.00 (refundable) due with rental payment upon arrival and applicable Palm Springs BED TAXES. Follow these steps: 1. Select the days you wish. 2. E-mail that information to us. 3. Once confirmed you can use the payment window below or mail a check to the address that will be provided by e-mail. Credit card or Pay Pal costs are the buyers responsibility. 4. City bed taxes are a Palm Springs City Law. It is 11.5 % added to the the rental fee. (Not applicable for monthly rental) City of Palm Springs PERMIT NUMBER 47200000 200139658 5.
